it's been a few years since I've rented from them, but this company ruined my life. I figured it was time to finally say something since I see them constantly spamming Craigslist, but not putting their name on the property listing, only their phone number. there's a reason for this. People BEWARE! Avoid these properties like the plague. If you're from out of town, please speak to a local before you rent from CP Development or Regent Square Rentals. They have a well known reputation and it's not good. Don't just take my advice, speak to a local and they will tell you the same.
