great service and attention to detail
Before hiring RSI to remodel our kitchen, I got four quotes from other local contractors. Although RSI did not come in the lowest, we decided to work with them for a few reasons: they were always prompt about answering our questions; Kristy (the designer) really listened to what I wanted and helped me work through conceptual issues without making me feel like an idiot; they were never pushy and never made me feel rushed; their showroom had models/samples that I could touch, making it a lot easier to pick cabinets, knobs and ... read more
We are thrilled with Regent Services' renovation work. They kept us informed throughout the whole process - from permitting to completion, and took the time to address all the questions we - and our tenant - had regarding damage from the recent Hurricane, even when it was not something they were directly working on.
