Response was timely and informative. They were willing to work with me on the pricing, facilitated taking the vehicle to a pre-purchase check and adjusted price based on findings. I found them friendly and professional. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle.

Not willing to deal at all. Maybe its just there protocol. Just very short and sweet not willing to work on price even though your nowhere close to dealership. They offered delivery but never stated a cost to do so.
