Had an appointment to go test drive the car got about half way there and called to check in and the car had sold the day prior. I was bummed but that’s how used cars go. They responded quickly and were nice

The salesperson (Richard) was not prepared for my appointment when I arrived. The vehicle was in the lot, and I was not offered a test drive- only to open the doors and look in. The listing price was increased to $15 when I asked how much was the vehicle was, even though the website has it listed $15 cheaper. The salesperson could not tell me about any of the features.
