Our old apartment managers were the best they always took care of things and made us feel welcome and happy! But ever since TLC took over we don’t feel that way anymore. So Many people have left since then and alot of us are leaving. In the last few months of tlc owning it we have had more issue and problems. Then we have had in the 2 years we have lived there. We have enjoyed living here for the past year. My only complaints are there is only one washer and dryer on each floor. It's kind of expensive for an apartment but everywhere is right now. No dogs allowed, even ESAs and support animals. Cats are allowed with a fee. However, It was what we needed with the size and location. There's a ton of closet space and good sound isolation. Also the balconies are nice.
Not completely a fan. One Miniscule washer and dryer on each floor for the entire floor. They barely hold anything. No change machine. $1.25 for a 30 minute wash. $1100 dollars for this place. No dogs even ESAs and support animals? Sure. It was what we needed with the size and location but for this much money it needs improvements.
