Our old apartment managers were the best they always took care of things and made us feel welcome and happy! But ever since TLC took over we don’t feel that way anymore. So Many people have left since then and alot of us are leaving. In the last few months of tlc owning it we have had more issue and problems. Then we have had in the 2 years we have lived there.
