I was only a residence for just a year but it was one of the best apartment buildings I have lived in. The friendliest on site management that was there for us 24/7. The other tenants were a very friendly bunch. The building, grounds and parking lot was always clean.
I reside here. Management used to be very strict about not allowing dogs in but the rules have swayed in the opposite direction which is displeasing to me as some residents dogs constantly yap and never stop so imagine trying to sleep with a dog yapping all night long…
Living in this apartment building has been a truly positive experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional management by Lynn and Dave. They are not only friendly and approachable but consistently go above and beyond to be helpful and attentive to residents’ needs. The building itself is always in pristine condition. I find Regency Towers a very quiet, secure, and well maintained building. The management team and tenants are very friendly and polite. I enjoy the tranquility of the park like setting and the ravine with a stream running through it when it rains. I enjoy all that nature has to offer. It's like being in the city with a touch of country.
