I’ve been living in this building for nearly two years, and my experience has been consistently positive. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and it really shows in both the building itself and the surrounding grounds, which look beautiful year-round. The property managers are kind, approachable, and always willing to help, making day-to-day living smooth and stress-free. It’s also a very quiet building, and the residents are friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere.

Located in a quiet residential area on a ravine lot, the building is presently well maintained by approachable property managers. Have been content here for nine years. A mailbox at the front door, a bus stop at the end of the driveway, a seven minute stroll to Kelso Beach, what's not to like?

I was only a residence for just a year but it was one of the best apartment buildings I have lived in. The friendliest on site management that was there for us 24/7. The other tenants were a very friendly bunch. The building, grounds and parking lot was always clean.
