Molly got it done!! . The market was changing and Molly trusted me and my opinions to get a great result. She was easy to work with and communicates at every step! And on top of that she is sooo sweet and kind. She made me feel like she would have given her family the same tips and advice. Regency as a company was great. The escrow side was super helpful and made the process seamless.
Great realtor! Our home fell out of escrow 3 times (not her fault), but she kept at it and found a family who just loves our home. My wife and I moved out state before our home closed escrow. She handled it all. She is a skilled professional.

I have spoken to Molly Peterson, not only does she have a ton of experience and knowledge but is also one of the most genuine Realtors I have spoken to in while. I definitely will be reaching out to her for all my Orange County real estate needs myself.
