Be warned that you will not recover all or a significant amount of your security deposit from Prairie Crest apartments - Regency Property Management. I leased this apartment and only stayed there part-time which probably equates to 1/3rd of the year. I tried to sublet this unit which management told me that I'm free to do so, however the interested parties or met with a impossible front office that required document after document after document and drag your feet.
