*In response to the company’s message, I have contacted the compliance team numerous times and have been met with poor communication and a lack of understanding. I wasn’t refunded my entire deposit, which is the only appropriate resolution in this situation. Compliance with Wis. Adm. Code ATCP 134.06 is clearly not taken seriously. Be warned that you will not recover all or a significant amount of your security deposit from Prairie Crest apartments - Regency Property Management. I leased this apartment and only stayed there part-time which probably equates to 1/3rd of the year. I tried to sublet this unit which management told me that I'm free to do so, however the interested parties or met with a impossible front office that required document after document after document and drag your feet.
