Be warned that you will not recover all or a significant amount of your security deposit from Prairie Crest apartments - Regency Property Management. I leased this apartment and only stayed there part-time which probably equates to 1/3rd of the year. I tried to sublet this unit which management told me that I'm free to do so, however the interested parties or met with a impossible front office that required document after document after document and drag your feet. Rude staff don’t recommend
Last four months were spent washing dishes in the tub while new management refused to replace my broken window and raised rent by 10% with zero improvements to the property or quality of life for tenants. Linda has no heart. Just explain she has no power over you and you’ll pay a reasonable rent price. They’re a little dumb but you could use it to your advantage and force them to give you a human price for housing. Otherwise they’ll watch your life disintegrate while Linda gets a new SUV.
