ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, I went through three property managements in the keystone apartments in Brandon sd, and they were by far the worst...everyone was treated with nothing but disrespect, it was always dirty in the halls and nothing ever got fixed they would ignore phone calls when you tried to get ahold of them, everything you could ever think of that could go wrong at an apartment complex happened. Pros: The property manager and especially maintenance at Sunset Villas are fantastic. Apartment was nice and for the most part, I enjoyed living there for a year. Based on this, I'd recommend. Cons: I moved out in March. I was told I'd receive my deposit by the 15th of April. It is now the 29th and I'm no longer getting replies to my emails inquiring when I will receive my check. I will NEVER recommend them. They are the absolute worst property management I have ever dealt with. I moved into Sunset Villas in Sioux Falls, SD back in December of 2018. During that extreme cold front South Dakota got, one of their construction workers failed to close a window in the vacant apartment two floors above us. This caused a pipe to burst and flood our apartment. Most of our property was damaged and we were told they would reimburse us for everything we lost. Over a year later, we STILL have not been reimbursed.... read more
I don’t even know where to start honestly. I moved into sunset villas back in April of 2018. Me and my roommate were taking over a lease. No one would meet with us, everything was done over the phone. We were shown the apartment by the person that lived there previously. We were not told that there was a gym. We were not told there was a pool on the property until we got the text in June saying it was open. We were never given the code to the garage that had the dumpsters it ...Continue Reading

My fiancé and I recently moved into Sunset Villas and could not be happier. Jeremy was great to work with during the move in process and help get us settled and answered all of our questions. He was very easy to get in contact with and was always very responsive. Also had the pleasure of meeting with Mike the maintenance guy at Sunset Villas. I just recently moved out of the North Sioux City, South Dakota property to move into my home in Siouxland . Justin goes over and beyond day and night to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I like 5 star treatment and this is definitely what you will receive from all staff from Regency. Kuddos Regency and Justin for making my stay excellent!
