Worst part are the women in the office - rude and they will lie to you. They will not fix things and will advise you to intentionally violate the lease agreement. The available apts are shown even when filthy and nasty. Property is not maintained. Dumpsters are overflowing w furniture and junk (left for months) Trash pu for residents is just a way to tack onto the rent - everyone has to pay for it. Parking is too limited.
