Maintence is terrible here. A lot of violence on this property and not enough being done about it.
Neighbors are nice. Maintenance staff are nice and rental office personnel too. Repairs on buildings are extremely slow.
DO NOT RENT FROM RECENCY POINTE APARTMENTS BESIDES THEIR OWN ISSUES, THEY USE RPM TOWING WHO IS EXTRA PETTY. HOW YOU TOW ME FROM MY SPACE THAT I PAY FOR THAT YOU WHEN YOU SEE IT THERE EVERY NIGHT. $175. THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE STARTING FROM THE DAY I MOVED IN WHEN MY APT WAS CHANGED WITH NO NOTICE. IT ONLY GOT 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T GIVE IT NO STARS. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Its ok alot go on over here Heard it was even worser back in the days. Kids be fighting to much and dont care about fighting around ppl cars some ppl are friendly who speaks....
