The maintenance is really is bad. I have had a leak since July in the ceiling and no one has come, I have several request in that need immediate attention and nothing. myself and my son are asthmatics. the air is not working. no one has come yet. Help me

Pool Broken! Waited for months to be able to cook etc. Office is nice! Community Director does not communicate
This is the worst place I have ever lived to say it’s like living in hell is a understatement I hate coming home I can’t wait until my lease is up to move from here...whatever u do don’t move here it’s mice infested and dirty the cleaning company is terrible and the staff in the rental office don’t care at all about your complaints...this is my building been like this for three days I refuse to use my broom that has to go back in my house to clean this
I have lived in this apartment complex since the end of February 2019 and to say it's been a nightmare is an understatement. My apartment was not ready and I wasn't even able to view it until the Night I picked up my keys. They dressed it up just enough for me to move in and be there about a week before things began to fall apart. I have been one of the complaint comments in the past. So if I can come here and complain I can come here and give KUDOS! I have been a resident here for three years now and I must say this new team that they have now is official. Ms Cheryl, Tiera, India, Laquita and maintenance Mike just to name a few get it done for me. If I have anything that I would like to see improve is parking. Don't move here...Changed my locks twice and someone...got to be office staff keep coming in my unit...I have had clothes..food and wine taken out of my unit...Came home from church and fresh suds in my sink and my my pots and pans on top of the stove...guess they like cooking in my house...smh...move somewhere else!!!!!!
