We love Regency Apartments! Sold our house in Rumford RI and moved into a beautiful, spacious 8th floor apartment in July. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Facilities are so well-kept -- meeting rooms, movie theater, kitchen, huge resident lounge. And the pool! What a great area to hang out with friends/family for a swim, drinks or a barbeque. Gas grills, umbrella tables, and lounges galore! Most of all we love the easy walk to Federal Hill, theaters and downtown activities. We don't miss our house at all!
Beautiful building and the staff was very friendly.
Management will enter your apartment with illegally short notice, will keep doing it despite complaints, and after enough complaints will just stop telling you before they do it.
I love the apartment! The residents are nice. The staff are always helpful, and anyways say hello when I walk by!!!!
Amazing weekend at Regency Plaza! Really enjoyed how quiet and clean the community is. Walked to a great dinner and had a lot of fun!! Thanks RP!
I have lived here for 4 years and loved practically every moment of it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They almost become like extended family members. I will definitely miss all of the staff and hope that my new residence will be just as amazing as my 4 years here were. Also, the location is awesome! Walking distance to the mall, the convention center, restaurants, bars, Johnson and Wales, Brown University, and the major hospitals.
