RecommendedI lived there for almost a year. the stuff was fabulous and the pool is great. I miss it a lot if I ever move back I hope top live there again!!!

Angela, has been our contact since my boyfriend and I started looking for apartments at Regency Plaza. Angela, was kind, professional and extremely personable. There were several times that I had to call or email Angela and she immediately got back to me every time. Angela had made my boyfriend and I's decision to pick Regency Plaza as our future home very easy. If I could give you guys 6 stars I would because of the amazing customer service! Thanks Angela, you are the best!!
This place used to be a good place to live however in the last 6 months the construction situation ( updating the apartments which are very old and dated to begin with ) is making it unlivable. The main building only has 2 elevators ( no freight elevator??) and they are constantly occupied with construction workers hauling hazardous materials every single day. Just got back from the "Spring Fling" event -- what delicious food and wine from Fleming's Steakhouse! There are a lot of things that the Regency Plaza does well, but I think my favorite is the feeling of community among the residents. Jane and all the staff are always friendly and helpful, and they do such a good job with events for the community. I and my family stayed in Regency Plaza for six months as we were visiting from East Asia. RP has too many merits to mention and is "the" ideal place to live for people like us. I want to highlight a couple of things for future residents. RP really cares about its residents and does the most to make it a wonderful neighborhood. They have a responsible maintenance team and take care of infrastructure issues instantly. The management people are warm, friendly and very helpful. I am here from India . To stay with my son , who lives here with his family on rented Regency Plaza Apartment. I did like environment is better . Staff is very nice& cooperative. All the way everything is to my complete satisfaction.. I am enjoying every moment of my stay along with my family
