My great grandma was here up untill last night when she passed away. She had fallen out of bed there and was not attended to correctly and suffered major bruising and the next morning passed away. Very unhappy with this facility.
My 95 year old mom, who has Alzheimer's disease, is a resident at Regency Park. I'm a geriatric social work manager for a large healthcare agency so I know what quality care looks like. From my first contact with admissions to my ongoing contact with mom's care team, I've been very satisfied with RP. The staff is wonderful- patient, attentive and caring. RP is a distance from my home, so I'm only able to visit on weekends, but I have total peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands.
Thank you everyone at Regency Park for the wonderful care you gave my husband Donald. He had been ill a long time but you made the last three months of his life easy and peaceful. As well as mine. I don't know how a would have handled it without your help. I have never met a more caring group of people than your staff, from housecleaning to aides to nurses. Thank you Regency Park for providing such good care to my mother. She has improved tremendously since becoming a resident there. She really enjoys all of the activities and it gives us such peace of mind that she is being cared for by such capable, caring staff. Visiting her often, I have gotten to know many of the staff and they are all wonderful!
