Extremely hard to get ahold of and takes weeks just to get a response. The leasing manager Erin is rude and unprofessional while other employees there seem to take vacation every other month. Los Angeles Regency Centers need a major reconstruction in their team.
Their lot security (traffic circle in Long Beach, CA)towed my vehicle, for no reason, while I was working out at the gym. Messed up my breaks, nail in my tire, missed my medications & didn't even apologize. Had to deal with some slime, trash-talking AAA tow company at 2am. The Planet Fitness employees said, the same thing happened to them. Small Claims
If I could give them no stars I would. Because of there budget cuts and decisions to no longer use security cameras we as residents of Arleta have suffered extreme damage to our cars(tire slashed, broken windows,etc). And their response is and I quote "I'm sorry to hear that we can't do anything about it we've decided not to work with surveillance cameras anymore"-Property Manager Neil Hu they said they have security there but was no where to be found.
