Regency Caterers cares nothing about repeat business. As a Booster Club for a local high school athletics department , we held a Designer Bag Bingo tonight. It was our first. Definite learning curves. Having no idea how many would attend, we had to name a number. We didn't meet that number by about 100, but we were made to pay for those not in attendance to the tune of $1600. They didn't eat food or drink from the bar, but we paid for them. They had an opportunity to gain a neighborhood repeat customer. Whoops!
