Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Definitely, it was nauseating Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
