The Nurse's and Nurse aides are so rude. They will play on their cell phones's while helping residents, In their rooms. They gang up on cna's and make trouble, they feed off of drama and they do this right In front of the resident's to see and here-I could not be more disgusted by the loss of respect for those resident's who pay for the irresponsible,rude, negative attitude, and catty staff members to work there. Regency Care Center has undergone new ownership and they are making great changes inside and out. The nursing staff is top notch and they really care about the patients and families. Check out the new THERAPY program at this facility!

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
