This place should NOT get a STAR! Lowest of possible care! My mom has been in this facility for 15 months. Has ate dinner with POOP on her hands twice! Has had many clothes taken and shoes! Dinner is served cold and late! Nurses sit behind the ROYAL desk and do NOTHING...while the aides bust their buts! The aides get NO training and NO help! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I got a few answers here and there to my questions, but it was scattered and confusing. I left wishing I had gotten more information. They always take the time to listen to me. The Nurse's and Nurse aides are so rude. They will play on their cell phones's while helping residents, In their rooms. They gang up on cna's and make trouble, they feed off of drama and they do this right In front of the resident's to see and here-I could not be more disgusted by the loss of respect for those resident's who pay for the irresponsible,rude, negative attitude, and catty staff members to work there.
