This place is a piece of shit!!!! The yard looks like crap the dumpster is horrible always overflowing with trash! the staff is terrible! They can't keep any employees !! I had a near death asthma attack and was told to move my car bc they were paining and these FUKTARD s towed my car that cost me $350 when all along everyone is parked along the red zone...msg me and I will show u pics!
We relocated from out of state without ever seeing the townhouse or the area. Angelica in the office went above and beyond by making us feel welcomed and part of the community. She even went as far as recommending daycare centers and answered any questions I had in very timely manner. We have experienced nothing but exceptional customer service since we moved in as well and really love it here. Regency at Woodlands has been the best Townhome community I have ever lived in. The staff is great and willing to go above and beyond. Maintenance is timely and professional. This is the place to be!
The residents and staff are very friendly! We came from another state and have had no problem making new and wonderful friends. We are very happy we came here. Good value for the money!
Just love it!!!! We just moved in but we already love being part of the family at regency. The front desk people are super nice that they make you feel at home every time you share with them. My kiddos are super happy, they are so excited at the many activities the community offers to them, right now they are working in the coloring project for thanksgiving. I've had a hole in my ceiling due to a leaky roof for 4 months. Which would only be half the size if they would have taken care of it and actually repaired the roof like they told me they were planning to. Rather than waiting weeks for more rain to come and cause more damage. I have contacted them multiple times about it. Office staff changes continuously and parking is terrible. I used to love living here. My original review of four stars was written in 2013. This is new as of 9/29/2015.
