Staff supportive and friendly. Maintenance concerns are usually handled promptly.
Maintenance is quick and friendly. Office staff strives to do the best for their residents. They do host community events on occasion but I dont know who all goes...I'm either out and about or working out.
Would not recommend living at this complex. Corporate and Management Team are not proactive in ensuring tenants nor pets safety. Management team on previous is vague about the efforts they take to resolve issues. Experienced 2 dog attacks from other owners pets in less than a one month period. Attacking dogs more than likely unauthorized pets on site. Complex needs better procedures in place regarding pets.
I absolutely LOVE living here! The front office is AMAZING! The maintenance crew are hardworking, professional, a fantastic job from replacing light bulbs to fixing garbage disposal. I love the valet trash pick up and the swimming pool! Not to mention being able to use the gas grills during perfect weather 😁 I tell everyone I know about Regency and should move here! I lived there for a year and a half before moving in with my now husband. I absolutely loved it!
Location and school district.
We are moving in on Tuesday looking forward to getting to know our neighbors and using the pool and gym, we are very excited....To Be Continued....
