Great first experience with Regan today! Came home at 5pm to our Central Air not working and called them. They were very nice on the phone and within 20 minutes had a service tech (Al) call me back. Al was at our house 1 hour later and we were fixed within 30 min! He was very nice and we were thrilled to get someone to come by at night to help us! Thank you!
Thank you to everyone at Regan, especially the crew of men who installed our new AC unit and furnace, Gail and Bruno. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to resolve a nightmare of an issue my husband and I had with Home Depot.
