We woke up the day after Christmas without heat. Called Regan and they had a technician at the house within an hour. The tech, Frank, had my heat back on right away. Thanks Frank and thanks Regan. I highly recommend Regan.
I called on 11/3 for service due to no heat. The lady was rude and rushed me on the phone. She added me to the waiting list and said that in 1-2 weeks someone would come. I called back this morning and spoke with another rep who told me that nobody is coming at this time and I’m still on the waitlist. I wish I was told this 2 weeks ago when I said that I had no heat and a 2 year old at home. I would have called another company. Regan just installed a Mitsubishi AC system in our home and we are so happy with the experience. All member of their staff were knowledgable, professional and courteous. Through the entire process I felt as though they had my satisfaction as a customer as their first priority. We are thrilled with the service as well as the products they used. 5 stars!!
With a new home and my first experience with gas vs oil heat, I must say that Regan has been excellent. Techs are great, pricing is fair and response times have been amazing! I feel we are in good hands! Had an air conditioning issue this past weekend and they were so responsive and fixed the issue. Highly recommend the service plans - well worth the $$!
