They go over and beyond to make you comfortable and explain everything very well. You can tell they truly care about their patients and our oral health! Thank you!!! Highly recommend to all ages! Our 3 year old Twins love going!!!
Great staff very friendly and get the job done right
Had a double root canal here on Friday...Monday night at 7pm, the temporary crowns DISINTEGRATE in my mouth and I swallow most of it, as I was taking a drink of water! No biggie...I’ll just call the dentist office because they offer emergency services...I call and I am told the dentist office is closed...it’s an emergency as I am in pain! I am told at 7:30pm that a message was left for the dentist. No response! So 8:50pm...I call back and ask to call him again...I am told no because he’s been called once. Really?? When my dentist became out of network i was in a panic. I had seen my previous dentist since i got teeth, didn’t want to change in my 30s. I waited too long and had a horrible toothache. No one would get me in without waiting a month.... everyone expect regal valley dental. I was anxious on my visit but the staff calmed my fears and worked magic to get me pain free. This place has been fantastic. I hate going to the dentist and having my teeth messed with but they made it so easy to feel comfortable and get the work i needed done. They are super cheap and have been more than accommodating to make sure i was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. I’ll be going here from now on without a doubt.
The first dentist I’ve been to where I actually had a pleasant experience and I’m not dreading going back to get my cleaning in 6 months. Lindsey did great and made me feel at ease and the dentist himself was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly.
Oh my heavens, Dr. Braithwaite did a great job measuring for permanent crown, putting in temporary crown, and replacing temp. with permanent crown! The secretaries know exactly what I mean, when I say this, hopefully everyone else will too . . . AWESOME SAUCE!!!!!!! I give Dr. Braithwaite eighty thumbs up!
