I have had a really bad experience recently with this office. They didn't used to be so bad. I made appointments for my entire family about 6 weeks ago for routine cleanings. They will only do two family members at a time and we have six people. Yesterday they call to confirm, but I had to send the call to VM because I was in a work meeting.
