I have a few complaints about Regal Valley Dental ****************************************, but the most recent is that they overbilled my insurance company. This information came straight from the current company after I talk to Regal Valley and they tried to blame the insurance company for overbilling me. Scheduled a new patient appointment over a month ago, they called me 2 days before the appointment asking me to move it an hour up. The time did not work for me as I took specific time off of work. They told me since I couldn’t move my appointment to the hour before that my appointment would be moved out 6 more months. I told them to cancel my appointment and I am now in search of a new dentist. Would not recommend.
