Awesome communication with the host!! The amenities was great, from the relaxing spa to the fireplace and pool table. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
Communication was spotty. Some texts were returned, but "didn't get" my texts for three days straight. Place was filthy...blood on comforter, broken lamps (3), glass on couch and on floor, spilled liquid with ants all over it, missing light bulbs (6), and an overall filth to the place....also, after ignored (or not received) for several days...finally get someone out who says they can't do anything it will have to be after we are gone. Terrible experience overall.
I absolutely loved the unit, Daniel and chase are very kind and down to earth men. I loved the fact that it was such a peaceful and private place in the middle of the city! Absolutely love the fast communication and kind gestures and conversation. Definitely recommend anyone to you guys
Really good team over at Regal! They helped me build an advertising strategy for my property, and it led to a great year of bookings!
