Great place Just recently move into the community and I must say it is very clean bedroom is spacious living room and kitchen area is spacious and a affordable price best decision I have made

regal trace The Apartments are Spacious, very nice and clean. I live in a 3 bedroom, it has carpet. Its homey and great environment. Good place to start for first apartments. Nice tile floor. Nice pool area. One thing that isnt the best is the laundry room machines dont really work great but other than that its a nice place. Beautiful
Regal Trace Great environment very clean and safe enjoyable neighbors and kids through out the complex. Has a pool basketball court and tennis court great place to live
Nice affordable place to live! I've lived here 3 years now! Although, it's located in an area that is considered undesirable by some, I find it quite lovely. Beautiful landscape and fantastic staff that sees to the needs of tenants with great care. A pleasant and affordable place to live in this south Florida area where rent could break the bank!
