My faith in humanity is restored after stopping to have my tire fixed at Regal Tire this morning � Firestone ripped me off $75 for a plug. It was winter and I trusted what they had said, that this was a "special circumstance" that my tire needed in order to be repaired. I am always impressed by the customer service at Regal Tire. I came to Regal Tire for the first time a couple years ago on the recommendation of a coworker: I had hit a pothole and blew my tire out. The staff was so kind and helpful and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They worked quickly and efficiently and I was in and out with my new tire in no time. I Used to refer everyone I knew there and always praised their customer service as exceptional until I went for a repair on my tire today. They broke the crank that raises my spare back in place and refused any responsibility. After speaking to multiple tire places, all confirmed that the power tool they used was used incorrectly or should not have been used in the first place thus stripping the mechanism.
Randy Masters has done tires on all my vehicles for years. There's no one better!!!!!
No other tire company does it like these guys! They are polite, courteous, hilariously funny and the teamwork to get the job done is awesome. They know good service. They provide the best! I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the snowy roads with safe tires!
