Today was my first and last time doing business with “Regal Tire”. I had good luck for years at “Brooklyn tire” which was owned by the same person, but all good things come to an end. Between the tire installer tightening the lug buts on my truck with a impact and socket (not a torque stick, which he used first) he then told another employee not to bother torquing the lug nuts.
