Today while in Jackson I hit a very deep pothole coming out of a bakery. I popped a tire and had to take it to Regal Tire. I wont give all the details out but the owner who after talking with was aware of my medical situation and his generosity made this old guy tear up. There is so much good in this world and the owner was a prime example. I can't thank you enough.

I have went here several times over a few years and 4 cars. From helping put a tire on to purchasing a full set, to getting a backup tire put on a rim... The customer service is amazing. They are quick, efficient, and I have never had a single problem here.
When I went to Regal before, I had a good experience.. I tried to go today, and had a very poor one. I had a tire (bought from Regal) that wore down in about a year and of course had to buy a new one, because the metal belt was showing... I had a (full sized) spare that was brand new but wouldn't hold air, so i asked if we could try to fix it and i would just pay the cost of fixing it (and if it didn't work.
