The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any minor major complaint anyone has, he/she can raise a complaint at their online portal. The resident portal is quite helpful even paying the monthly house rents. Frances Figueroa one of the leasing professional makes sure every one at Regal Pointe is happy and satisfied. Also lately there had been a lot of events for the residents.
I was treated friendly by Jeffery Huff during signing up a lease. I think this apartment is by far the best one for price$$$ location, within walking distance to major stores like Target, Panera bread and right off from I-4. So far I rated 5 stars
I regret signing the lease......
