Sent mail that looked like some important government or legal office letter, that contained a fake check that was an ad for their used car sales.
Stay away from this dealership. Management lies about everything then denies it. They tell you anything to get you in then they attempt to treat you like your stupid. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY
I took my 2015 Rogue on for the 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation and they were done in a very short time. Excellent service by Danny Suski!
I took our Pathfinder in for an oil change yesterday and received excellent customer service from RJ Lanza! The work was done in a timely manner, the car was clean, and the waiting area with snacks and beverages was very nice.

I was interested in purchasing a new nissan Altima so I came to Landers Mclarty Nissan. My first visit I test drove a 2014 Altima S thinking it was all I could afford because the salesperson wasn't even willing to show me anything else, I would have peferred the Rogue. The sales person said he would get back with me to run some numbers but never called back. Do NOT do business with Landers McLarty Nissan in Huntsville, AL. I cannot stress this enough. Their customer service is subpar at best. Here is the story that happened to me during my last and final visit to this dealership. I ordered 4 new tires from TireRack.com and had them shipped to this dealer to have them mounted for ZdayZ. I took my vehicle to them on a Friday morning and dropped it off for them to do the work. Everyone at Landers McLarty was extremely friendly and helpful. I most definitely appreciated Curtis's help in finding my car. He was very patient with me and so helpful. It made my car buying experience very easy. I definitely appreciate all of the time and effort he put into finding the car for me!
