Don’t waste your time! The staff here are generally nice, but my nail tech Nina was the absolute worst. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to fix a clearly crooked nail, ignored my questions or answered rudely, and spent the appointment gossiping in another language while looking at me. When I asked her name, she refused to give it — another worker had to confirm it was Nina. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid her at all costs.
Asked for a “cleanup” for my eyebrows. The woman was dismissive and insisted she knew what I wanted when I tried to show her. She completely destroyed the shape of my eyebrows and created the terrible thin rainbow arc she had. Worst experience doing eyebrows ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I really wanted to rate it no stars.
I get my waxing done by Lisa and she does a great job! Highly recommend!
I have never been sooo disappointed at places lack of professionalism. I had called in before leaving my place in Etobicoke Elton repair a broken nail and ideally get a refill. When I called they asked me to come over after I have them an ETA. After an hour of driving we reached there with 1.5 hours left to closing. And their said to come back tomorrow .. like I drove an hour to fix a broken nail because their said to come .. now they want me to come the next day. Not gonna happen ..
