Three of us visited the salon to get our nails done, and while the final work was great, the overall service was disappointing. We were made to wait for over 30 minutes and were repeatedly moved from one table to another, which was frustrating and unprofessional. The nail technicians also made us feel uncomfortable. Whenever we requested even the smallest adjustment, such as shortening a nail or buffing it more because the edges were too pointy, they would start talking among themselves. It was my first time getting my nails done here, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I asked for simple, natural nude nails, but the shape was uneven and not what I expected. I honestly didn’t like how they turned out, but I felt bad saying anything at the time. I think the nail technician really needs to improve her shaping skills and pay more attention to what customers ask for. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Linda was the person who would do my pedicures - she was literally THE best!!! I would wait all day for her if I had to - she was SUPER precise and ALWAYS took her time and ALWAYS worked perfectly. Since she's been gone, someone new replaced her. I didn't know and went in asking for Linda. One of the ladies said she was no longer there, then lied and said this new girl is just as good as/better than her. Great service,but all workers soooooo talkative,they speak with each other in their language,I spend almost one hour there,they didn't stop talking,can you imagine 5 persons talking at the same time??!!honestly they gave me headache,they should play soft music instead, pleaaase,take it seriously.plus ,whenever I go,one of the workers, eat her lunch, in the middle of the store,which makes the place smell sooo bad,and the smell stick on my clothes, instead of that,they should burn some oily scent.
