came in for simple gel removal and toe clean-up (no polish). the technician was unclear and misleading about pricing, rushed me, and made it seem like getting a pedicure was the only option. service was average. Update: Tried calling — the manager seemed confused about why I was calling. Told her it was related to a Google review I left. When I asked to speak with the owner, she said I was wrong and confused for calling and ended the call.

My experience with getting my nails, foot messages and eyebrows done is. “You must speak up”. I let them know not to thin my eyebrows . You must let them know you are diabetic so they don’t cut into your toes.If you are diabetic I deeply recommend you don’t let them cut your ingrown toe nail get it don by a medical professional .

This experience was a really bad one and I’m sad to say but I let it slide because I did not want to have Gwinnett County come up there. My Daughter asked for a nude powder with white tips (French manicure) and the owner acted like she did not know what she was doing. Well clearly she didn’t. She has polish all over my daughter’s hands. The polish is not nice and neat.
