I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Regal Nails. I paid for a brand-new gel manicure and pedicure for an event this week, and within just three days, the polish has peeled off of every single toenail. I am resorting to painting my toenails with regular polish for the event after dropping money on a service the was applied incorrectly. I’ve never experienced an issue like this with gel polish before.
I want to report to anyone thinking about this nail salon to beware. I went there to have a pedicure, the mature Asian couple were working side by side. The women, wife was my pedicurist. I asked her politely to just do my cuticles that I had already cut my toe nails and they didn't need to be filed any more or cut. She got a snarky attitude and totally ignored me and started talking to her husband in Vietnamese. We were staying in Gardnerville to drop Off our puppy for surgery today. We had time to kill, so I walked over for a pedicure and a full set of nails. A man did my pedicure, very nice guy. A very relaxing pedicure, I enjoyed it. Leg Scrub, mask, Wonderful. His wife Tina did my nails, she did a great job. Loved it.
