I have been doing pedicure for close to 30years.I never had this bad experience that i received from Regal Nails ,Salon & spa.Even when i got home,no one believed i had just done pedicure.All the dead cell at the back of my legs were just the way it was before going to them. I went there today to show it to them,in case the person that did it for me was still a learner,they only told me that there is nothing they can do. My dad in his 70’s wanted his toe nails done and the lady had zero issues doing an amazing job he is hard of hearing but she was great with him Great way to wnd the year

Wow… I truly did not expect this kind of experience. I called today (Nov 21 at around 4:01 PM) regarding a misplaced gift certificate. I explained that I had received a gift certificate, accidentally misplaced it, and still have the receipt as proof of purchase. When I asked if I could provide the receipt, I was told that nothing could be done without the physical certificate. I have gone twice now and have had very good experiences both times. They have been able to accommodate my walk in. First time was a pedicure before xmas and it the shellac nails were well done. 2nd time I did pedicure and asked for a mani - which she did and allowed me to sit in the pedicure chair. Massage was great and hot towel a nice touch. Will be back!
