For a set of Acrylic nails 3 weeks ago. Came back today and was told they won’t fill acrylic set. Wanted to Charge me to take them off and redo. Very little grow out. I was confused as other places do fills. They said no fills on acrylic sets (that they put on!) First set wasn’t done very well either .
I have been doing pedicure for close to 30years.I never had this bad experience that i received from Regal Nails ,Salon & spa.Even when i got home,no one believed i had just done pedicure.All the dead cell at the back of my legs were just the way it was before going to them. I went there today to show it to them,in case the person that did it for me was still a learner,they only told me that there is nothing they can do. My dad in his 70’s wanted his toe nails done and the lady had zero issues doing an amazing job he is hard of hearing but she was great with him Great way to wnd the year
Wow… I truly did not expect this kind of experience. I called today (Nov 21 at around 4:01 PM) regarding a misplaced gift certificate. I explained that I had received a gift certificate, accidentally misplaced it, and still have the receipt as proof of purchase. When I asked if I could provide the receipt, I was told that nothing could be done without the physical certificate.
