I have gone twice now and have had very good experiences both times. They have been able to accommodate my walk in. First time was a pedicure before xmas and it the shellac nails were well done. 2nd time I did pedicure and asked for a mani - which she did and allowed me to sit in the pedicure chair. Massage was great and hot towel a nice touch. Will be back!

I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual nail place so I called Regal Nails and they took me in right away. The nail technician was courteous, kind and she did a great job. I am definitely going back!

Unfortunately the one lady Anna is very rude and always seems mad when you disrupt her while she’s on her iPad. She does not like to chat during the service, seems bothered when you make a request for a design, always rushed and very unfriendly. The other younger lady seems nicer and more helpful. The salon needs a good cleaning & organization. I’m sure it wouldn’t pass health inspection without some standards having to be addressed. I had a terrible experience at this nail spa. The lady who attended me was very rude and insisted on choosing a nail color that I didn’t want. When I picked a different color, she seemed annoyed and started charging me more for the colour I wanted. Additionally, she was extremely rough during the session and ended up cutting my finger due to her rushed work. The service was not only uncomfortable but also painful. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I want a refund from this place!
