Super clean salon, great prices too. Update - I’ve been going here for two years now and I LOVE this place. Such lovely humans. Especially Rose, Nancy and Non. They take such good care of me and fix even my most messed up nails!! Thanks guys :)
I was very excited to get nails for the very first time, my sister sukh booked the appointment for both of us. The staff asked for the design straight then I gave them my reference, they did a horrible job. They did color very opposite to the reference and i was expecting to had a heart design on one nail, they were unable to did that. Simply they could not do that. I had one of the worst experiences at this nail salon. I showed them an image of the nail design I wanted, but they told me it would be expensive. I then picked another, and they said the same thing again. I was okay to pay more if needed, because I was expecting good results — but what I got was completely different from what I wanted. Regal Nails is by far the best place to get nails done in Greater Victoria. The staff are pleasant and kind, and the salon is clean.
