I love Steven’s work. Attention to detail nice pace not trying to damage your nails during the soak off or take off process. He is really though. My only issue which seems petty is to make sure their opening times are updated. Their board says 8a to 8p and yet they open store but they really open at 10. I used to come to another lady but she no lover works there. Everything else is awesome
I had a 430 appointment this afternoon with Anna! Lan Thi Nguyen ended up doing my nails! Anna wasn't there! She kept calling her Hannah! Lan was in the middle of doing my nails when a previous customer came back in and said her 2 index nails looked darker outside! So Lan stopped doing my nails and fixed hers! Lan made me wait 5 minutes! This was MY appointment not hers! They were laughing while I was sitting there waiting to get my nails finished. Thank goodness I didn't want them polished. Dirty salon. Contaminated wax. Lady used the same waxing stick on my aunt for her brows and lip.
I love going there to do my nails and only with jimmy they last longer n there's a lady who I love she's dose my eyebrows great I would never any were else :)
