I broke a fingernail in a jagged tear that went down past my skin, very painful. Nail glue wasn't holding and bandaids are so inconvenient. I stopped by Regal and, although all of the technicians were busy, the owner took the time to fix my poor fingernail for me. On top of that, he wouldn't accept payment for the repair. I'm a grateful senior citizen!

ATTENTION!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS "REGAL NAIL SHOP" ..... HORRIBLE!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM **OWNER-ROSIE** I WAS VERY "DISSATISFIED" WITH THE NAIL SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM OWNER/NAIL TECH-ROSIE.. ALSO, ROSIE'S ATTITUDE BAD-PHONY. WHILE DOING MY NAILS, ROSIE SPOKE VERY NEGATIVE ABT OTHER NAIL SALONS IN THE AREA, BRAGGING HOW LONG HER NAIL SHOP BEEN AT THIS LOCATION INSTEAD OF BRAGGING ON HOW SHE MEETS HER CUSTOMER'S NAIL NEEDS.... PLS TRUST ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!!
