I stopped in simply to ask about pricing, as I was considering bringing my family. I took a photo of their price list to share with them, which is a completely reasonable thing to do when making plans. One of the staff members immediately began yelling at me, saying photos were not allowed. When I explained that I wanted to share the prices with my family and asked how I was supposed to remember them after leaving, she told me to call. A friend recommended I give this location a try. However when I called to ask about the cost of acrylic set refill and manicure. I was told I don't know if your nails are short or long, they would have to see them. A price range on length would have sufficed. She didn't offer any information...even after I said that would be a long drive just for a price. I'm giving 2 stars because a friend recommended this place. I will however not visit them. Customer service begins before services.
