First and foremost, no one specific tech tends to you. One will run your water for a pedicure and tell you to soak for 5 mins. Then 20 minutes later another one will sit in front of you and smack your leg to signal you to take your foot out of the water; then proceed to give you the worst pedicure known to man. I absolutely HATED this nail shop. The owner & his employees “family”. They were extremely rude and had attitudes the entire time I was there. Do not go in there after 7:30 either (they close at 8 )They have their TIRED workers throwing your nails together & THREE of mine have come off in less than FOUR days! They have to be the most rude & laziest nail techs I have ever saw!!! Will never be back! Don’t waste your time people
Got a deluxe pedicure, not only did they not get the dead skin off my feet they didn't do my cuticles. They had an elderly woman doing my massage and filing she cut me twice but I wasn't mad at that because again she's elderly. Then I got my thirteen year old acrylics and after I told the woman they were too long she laughed and said no there bot and painted her nails anyways. Never again will I spend my money there, it was horrible service!
Paid for a deluxe pedicure and didn't even receive a standard. I didn't get any massage. Nail tech kept leaving and helping new customers instead of finishing her first customer. I sat in my chair for an hour and my pedicure still wasn't finished. Four people came in after me and finished before me. I got up and put my color back and that was when the nail tech rushed to finish my pedicure in hopes I would stay for a manicure. That didn't happen.
