The two women who work here Helen and Lisa will treat you with a smile the First time or two you come in after that, the attitude and unprofessionalism is clear. They will get upset when you call in to try and make an appointment - if your nail breaks they talk to you like it's Your fault and the nerve of you to want to interrupt them to get it fixed, they will talk about you as of you're NOT on the phone and are incredibly Rude. I’ve been coming here for a year now, at first I was very happy with my nails but, there has been times when they just looked ok. I had a design I wanted, the lady did one hand it looked ok, but when she started the other one the design looked completely different! All I wanted was for both hands to look the same. She got upset when I told her they were different from the other hand, she took the color off both hands with out any heads up and said I wasted her time.
