If I could give less than one star I would. Unprofessional. Far from knowledgeable of their craft. This was a terrible experience. The guy at the back station did my nails and with in a day they were peeling paint and falling apart. I asked for a new set and he insisted they were fine. They weren't. Plus he used acrylic polish on my gel nails. And couldn't figure out how to properly file them into the same shape. He managed quite a few different shapes on my nails. I went to get my nails done about a week ago. I got the SNS done. For one, it felt rushed and not that great. He didn’t clean up my cuticles and didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. After everything was said and done, I got home and noticed he missed a few places with the powered and it was already uneven. Now a week later one nail has completely cracked and popped off.
