I don’t like that they have cancelled 2 or more of my doctors I’ve been going to. They are not up to parr in my book. They have doctors that you have to wait 3 months to see. Etc. etc. etc.
As a result of insurance changes with Scan Health effective 03/01/2026, my medical group is now Regal. This has created a chaotic, stressful situation, as there has been so much miscommunication, misinformation, lack of compassion and understanding. It’s truly unbelievable. Going to Crud! Minimizing patients to one option with poor quality care. They are starting to look like prospect medical. No one wants to be stuck seeing the worst quality healthcare providers just so they can save money on contracts. I say quality matters and it does not matter to them. I just had the worst experience with a dermatologist and I have an autoimmune condition they did not want to look at my skin or have me follow up! I cannot believe this crap!
zero stars. so far seven hours on phone to get a dexascan. Referrals take forever and are never loaded properly. Have been on phone with Regal, Perlman, Scan. ZERO stars. Referrals written incorrectly 5 times now
Doctor rushing you out not listening or letting you ask questions regarding your symptoms ! Unknown new doctor assigned when primary doctor is not available.
