lived here for few years now and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good and quite place live. The managers are great they help with maintains promptly.
This apartment filled with sincerity. This apartment is managed a clean. It is quiet and well run apartment.
Since 2017, everything is getting new ! ! ! This Regal Manor Apartment is a clean, quiet residential area managed by new management.
Everything is satisfactory. The manager was very friendly when I went to fill out the application. This place is quiet and clean.
Some of these reviews are old and referencing from the previous manager in 2016. The new manager right now is making a clean room for the new tenants this year of summer 2017. So far, there are bed bug problems, property that needs replacement, etc... and it is hard for her to manage due to bed bug companies that deal with that stuff are delaying and difficult when it comes to servicing the apartment. Too many roaches in my apartment other than that it is cool to live there pretty nice community I feel safe
The Philippino property manager either did not fully understand English, or she was just plain rude. She kept telling me to apply, and saying there is no vacant apartment at the same time. When I asked why should I apply when there is no vacancy, she said because they keep getting vacancies. I asked why should I waste $40 on a possibility, why not check later when there is vacancy, she said because I might fail a credit check as they need 650. Check this out... This apartment apparently have a security problem. They said they wanted to secure the apartment from trespassing by vagrants that have been breaking in, roaming around and sleeping within the area. Their solution is to lock down the laundry room to keep the vagrants off. Not until that one of the maintenance people told me that they closed it so that they won't have to clean up the urine and feces left by the vagrants. So now the mess is all over the parking area! Bunch of Geniuses! Good Job!
Keep in mind that there is no rent control law in Hawthorne where this apartment is located. You start to move in initially with low rent, obviously a come on from the owners. You already spent a fortune for your move and a couple of months after settling in, they will notify you with ridiculous rent increases, and they will tell you to just find another apartment if you don't agree with it. Be forewarned.
