Please do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. This company just wants the money and will cheap out every way they can. The apartments at 276 Massachusetts Ave are practically unlivable for anyone born in the 80s and up. The fuses keep blowing. So you can’t have an air fryer, baby bottle sterilizers, or milk warmer etc. You have to buy a portable AC because the windows are 100 years old. No microwave in units. The apartment building looks and smells like an asylum with the dirty floors and these heavy hallway “fire” doors. ... read more
