The overall experience was alright but they didn't do everything they was suppose to do.fkr insist they didn't top off the windshield washer fluid because the service light for it came on right after we had the service was done. The car took a whole gallon of windshield washer fluid that I myself had to put in the car.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived, took my info and I was inside having coffee in under 5 min. Window tint took about an hour and 10 mins, way, way under what I was told originally.

Met with Orlando for a vehicle lease. He was fantastic. Very polite, knowledgeable, and was able to get us the car and payment we were looking for.

Communication was terrible. And for a warranty issue I did not get a loaner vehicle until a month and a day after my car had been in the shop. I was originally told that it would only be a few days, it turned into a two and a half month ordeal. When I got my car back the battery was dead and my car was filthy!
