I do like that I purchase the service program, however I do not like that I have to wait for an hour and a half, with an appointment, to get a basic oil change. Thank you

I’m a stay at home dad, have two young boys and my vehicle died, wasn’t sure what I was gonna do, worried about spending tons of money and found out the engine needed replacement. Regal Kia and my service advisor Jorge went above and beyond and took care of us..the repair was covered under warranty even though my car was out of warranty and now I am SO happy! When the time comes I’m buying my new car there until then I am gonna keep taking my car to be serviced by the best!

Everyone is always nice and they keep you informed but I had to come in there to get a tire change that blew out on the side of the tire and they left they put the spare tire in the back of the truck not under where the spare tower goes and now a filthy's tire is still in the back of the truck I'm unable to do it myself
