Great service and sale person was great... I recommended to my coworkers at my job
The team is always professional and courteous, never have any issues with the work done.
Service attendant was very nice to work with however the day after I had it serviced for oil change and tire rotation I notice that I was charged for service covered under the KIA service maintenance agreement that I had purchased when I bought the car from them. I also had a nail I one tire to be fixed and was not fixed but charged for it, I met with the service manager who would not give me a refund for 7 days nor did he offer to even look at the tire with a nail in it, I told him I would not be back for service there agai... read more

This is my 4th Kia over the years and Regal Kia is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you're happy with their service. Kelsey and Jorge are the best.
